Claire holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Latrobe University, Melbourne. Her thirst for knowledge and diverse perspectives has led her to expand her expertise through additional training in various modalities, including Clinical Pilates Instruction, Yoga Teaching, Bowen Therapy, Emmett Technique, Finch Therapy, Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, and Restore Your Core instruction.
